  Michelle helped me. I had not rented a car before . She explained the additional insurance information to me so I could pick what was right for me. She also checked the car for visible damage before I took it to make sure it was documented and I would not receive the blame. She explained that if I needed to extend the rental, I could. The next day I had an issue with my initial rental. The vehicle wouldn't accelerate on the freeway. I called the office and a young man answered the phone. He made it very easy to swap my car out and give me something equal in value to drive. He made it very easy.

  Me and my son went to pick up a rental and the young lady Michelle had a nasty attitude and never came out her office after a 30 min wait, we left, there was a couple also waiting to rent. I have rented for years at this location, I will gladly drive to Dearborn moving forward. Terrible decision having this young lady for the face of the location.

  Where do I begin. Michele should NEVER be in a position of power. She did not speak upon me entering. I was met with a stern face and an attitude right off. I spoke and smiled she yet she didn’t speak back nor smile instead very stern how can I help you,, Michele had a nasty disposition from the beginning. My pick up time was 3:00 she called at 2:32 to tell me Livonia had not sent the Truck that her office called me to confirm 4-13 pickup day 4-17. She told me at 4:20 that she spoke to the Livonia office and received the phone number of the driver, I found out Michele did not send the driver from Lincoln Park to Livonia until 2:35 yet my pickup time was 3:00. Michele acted as if this driver was not from the Lincoln Park office and he indeed was, she was in no rush to have my rental truck there and on time. She’s also a liar, lied about a conversation she had with me insisting she told me a credit card verse debit when her exact words were are you aware of the terms, since I rented here plenty times before I replied yes. I received a call 4-13 to confirm the truck I needed and he provided what card and deposit was needed. I advised Alldion (not sure how to spell his name, he’s a new employee from Ohio) that I had a debit card he stated that was fine and could be used for my rental. This was not true, yet I don’t blame him. Michele is the branch manager and should ensure her employees know the correct SOP she didn’t. I was provided the wrong information and the only excuse I received was the employee is from Ohio. I explained to Michele that the excuse caused me lose time on the road for my trip as well as my check in. There was no yelling, no aggression, no cursing nothing I simple told Michele I would leave a bad review due to the inconvenience, lack of accountability and the fact she blamed me for her employee providing the wrong information, Michele canceled my rental and refused me service. I asked for her boss number and I was told it’s her branch and she reports to no one as she pointed and tapped her business cards on the counter. This woman needs to be demoted or retrained, pulling rank because you don’t want a bad review just made it worse because I was still doing the review. Be careful going here if they mess up, just be quiet and take it because your not allowed to express your feelings A couple walked in while I was waiting she also did not greet them and kept them waiting in the lobby while she made calls to probably her boss to do damage control. I will never come back to this location , if I could give -6 stars I would. Your employees are not even happy with her

  The manager at this location is a very awesome she was very professional, she had a customer that had me concerned for her safety. When I say she spoke with care didn’t speak down to this lady gave her the up most respect. I pulled her to the side and asked if she was okay did she need me call for help because I didn’t want the lady to try and attack her. It was very clear something was wrong with the customer. Enterprise this young lady handled this situation with so much respect and positive energy I had to say I’m so proud of you. Being young and alone in such a vulnerable situation I can’t express how grateful I was to witness this moment. With so much respect for the person herself and the company she’s definitely capable of doing her job

  I've been renting from the Lincoln Park Enterprise for years now and never have I had the issues that I've had this past week with this new employee. She said her printer was down so I never received my contract through email or paper, she charged my Amex as debit instead of credit when I called her to tell her my issue I was put on hold and then hung up on. So I was there when they opened up the next day only for her to then lie when asked about it saying she was told by her district or general manager to charge customers like that. Cars aren't fueled up they practically come with about a quarter tank of gas. I've seen a lot of employees come and go at this location all were pleasant and knowledgeable about their job and Colleen was awesome, but this one there now should have had more training before being put at a location by herself. There is no way to reach corporate for real only customer service which isn't any help if the upper chain of command doesn't address a customers issue. I'll probably start spending my money with a different rental company or switch locations that's it that's all.
