He also didn’t replace the valve stem. My tires also had low tire pressure within a month of getting them. I took it to a different shop and he stated my rims were never cleaned and there were a lot of missed work.

- AMAmber MyersOct 7, 20255.0Omg where do I start, I noticed a big screw in my front drivers tire and I went to two “tire shops” one didn’t do repairs and the other well named shop didn’t have the time to fix it today even though there was three workers standing around. I then called BellTire and they said yes they can fix it I showed up 5mins later and they took my SUV right in and did a patch on it within 20-25mins (because I asked if they could get it done b4 I had to pick up my daughter) and the man came back with my keys and I asked how much I owed them and he said nothing!! I was so shocked and in awe, I asked again are you sure I don’t owe anything?! Weather it’s there policy or not I appreciate it so much they got my tire fixed and I was on my way to pick my daughter up from school and was on time!! I highly recommend This BellTire location on Dix in Lincoln Park!!
