- BKBen KlokaApr 3, 20261.0Never again - was waiting to post my review to give them a chance after emailing manager and he never got back. Broke my air filter housing and didn’t say anything. Got home and open my hood after a rough idle, sure enough filter housing is broken. I check my cars before and after getting worked on and I’m 100% positive this was not broken until I took it to jiffy lube. So the rest of my week I had to figure out other ways of transportation because I will not drive a car that’s not running correctly. Avoid jiffy lube unless you want critical components broken. Also over $100 for an oil change (cheaper at dealership) and I can avoid parts being broken under my hood.

Checked only 1 tire for air pressure, added air to just that one tire. Service used to be very quick and they checked everything, today they all seemed distracted and although the service was just ok, it was very, very slow.
