  I had a very positive experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. I'd been here before but I guess there's been changes, all an improvement. The guys there were great: friendly, professional, and they made the whole process easy and stress-free. They explained everything, worked efficiently, and had me in and out faster than I expected. It’s never fun dealing with car maintenance but they actually made it an enjoyable experience. I truly appreciate their great attitude and excellent customer service. I’ll be coming back!

  They were fast, but thorough in making sure everything was done correctly. Nice about explaining options without being pushy. The manager, James, did an amazing job!

  Went in for a quick oil change and received a quick oil change! Price was right and I got to see my filters and all the preventative maintenance for my vehicle. The technicians were nice and thorough

  This place is right after the railroad tracks next door to the Clarks gas station in Lapeer. Jason was awesome I stopped because I had a stripped screw on my air filter and I was hoping they would help me out. Not only they were super friendly and assisted with the screw but he went above and beyond with the cabin filter. I will be back for my oil and other services. Shout out to the gentleman there, you’re awesome! Thanks.

  I wouldn’t go back here if they paid me to. Got a standard oil change for my ram 1500. The guy started taking apart my cold air intake on my truck and then was talking about how it’s missing screws. I’m like dude why are you even touching that? He had no idea what he was even taking apart. Then they had the audacity to try to sell me $450 in “upgrades”. Yeah like imma let you take apart more of my truck when you don’t even know what you are doing. Dumpster fire
