They don't know how to properly install them causing them to go flat and cause damage to new tire and possibly rims. This is the 3rd time they have messed our tires up they "fixed" it yesterday all for us to wake up with it sitting on the rim again. Horrible customer service and men who don't know how to properly put a low pro tire on a rim and have it hold air.
- LJLogan JohnsDec 24, 20251.0Do not give this business any of your money. Went in for a full brake replacement, including master cylinder, abs module, all that fun stuff. My car was kept for much longer than anticipated, and every time I was told I would "get a call back by the end of the day" I never received one, communication is pretty bad. About a month after getting my car back, my abs lights are back on, and the motor in my abs pump locks on, not even shutting off after I turn the car off. I take it back looking to get them to fix whatever mistakes they made, upon getting there they don't even properly check anything out, just plug in their little diagnostic and tell me "it's an electrical problem, there's nothing we can do about it" BS, I take it to Taylor's down the road and what do you know, Gills never properly bled my brake lines! Now I'm $500 deeper into the hole, after already spending 2 grand at gills. Not only that, but their mechanics COATED the beige interior of my car in a thick layer of grease, all over the doors, both front seats, center console, AND somehow on both of my brand new headlight housings, which I am still unable to get off. This is the most incompetent service shop I have ever been around, they will destroy your stuff, do crap work, and turn around and say "oh well there's nothing we can do about it." Joke of an establishment. Needs to go out of business.

These guys busted it out real quick before closing the store for the night. They also installed my 35” nitto mud grapplers on Black Friday with zero issues and a solid alignment so I can keep er between the lines. This is now my go to tire shop.
