They are more honest last place said they aligned my truck, paid them, they never aligned it. went under it and the bolds broke off . I fixed the components and had to pay for another alignment. Before you think they are to much remember, they are honest.

M.Oct 11, 20251.0Absolutely will never return went in on last week spent 1250$ on new tires took 2 hours for that at 8 am .They came out to tell be the alignment couldnt be completed the bolts to pull the back tires in were rusted on and if the broke they didnt have. Parts .So they said next day on parts I had to wait a week to return I called was told parts were in I show up Saturday morning at 730 am wait in line to be told they didnt have the parts Matthew Groulx said he never ordered the arms and walked away didnt care no apologies nothing !!! No 1 could tell me why I was told parts were in since he never ordered them but they day I had the tired put on he stood in front of me and took 30 minutes to check me out because he was ordering the parts ruined my entire day amnot to mention I have tires that will be garbage at the rate I drive daily with out the work done !!so I called bell tire Shelby township and they did it no issues .I cant belive how I was treated this morning I will say the adviser I was working with did call and attempt to find the arms a little to late .
