  Made an appointment to get tires replaced, price was great and had great customer service. They called me after about an hour that the tires were done, but they couldn't do an alignment because my car needed new ball joints that they were "really bad" and it would be $1400 more to replace them to be able to do an alignment, they also said that I needed new shocks and struts, (another 1300). I declined and told them to print me out an estimate, I got home, my husband put on our lift at home that weekend and said the ball joints were fine... So he suggested taking it somewhere to get a second opinion, I took it somewhere else 3 days later (after the weekend) and they told me everything was fine, and even took a video of all front end components during inspection and alignment showing everything was OK. Be very careful trusting them, although I have no complaints about my tires and the service I received with that, I am very disappointed they tried to take advantage and get more $ out of me, and very glad I got a second opinion before I dropped over 2k, when my tires were already 1800... I would have walked out of there spending more than 4k to them if I wouldn't have been smarter and known to bring home first and not to believe what they say. Be vigilant.

  Don’t trust them without a 2nd opinion. They told my wife she needed parts before they would do an alignment. Thankfully we didn’t listen and other opinions confirmed she absolutely didn’t need all those parts. Wish we hadn’t spent the $1,200 on tires first, they’re not worth giving my money to. Buyers beware they should be investigated mechanically for scamming people especially women.

  I am writing to share a terrible experience I had with Belle Tire. I took my car in for a tire rotation and balance they informed me that I needed new tires. So I sat there while they put new $1,200 tires on. After the tires were put on they informed me that I needed an Alignment but in order for that to happen I would need $2,000 worth of repairs done to my car. I told my husband and he said to take it to our usual mechanic who fixes our cars. I gave our mechanic the quote that belle tire gave me with everything they said was wrong with it. He looked everything over and could not find anything wrong with it. He told us to get a second opinion because he did not have an alignment machine. So I made an appointment with another tire place and took it in for an alignment. After our alignment was done I asked if there was any issues and was told no. I contacted Belle Tire in hopes they would do the right thing, however, they would not. He was very dismissive of me. if you are told you need work done there I would get a second opinion first. What an absolute shame that a business would take advantage of people's trust. I will never give them any of my business again. We have been going to them for years for all of our vehicles. Maybe they need to investigate their mechanic.

  When I arrived at my appointment for a set of tires, it was busy. Although they gave me an estimate of two hours, I was out if there WELL below their estimate! Kenny was a great help getting me in and out with a better set of tires at a price I could afford.
