Everyone in town was giving me the run around and telling me bad information and over charging me. I called Vince at autozone, he gave me the correct information, replaced my battery, checked my oil, and send me on my way for 10 TIMES LESS THAN BELLE TIRE. and actually FIXED my problem!!! He immediately jumped into action to make sure that I was taken care of and that I got the right battery and that it was installed properly. He gave me his undivided attention and provided amazing customer service. He listened and answered all of my questions very patiently and spoke to me so I would understand. He didn’t try to talk down to me or make me feel dumb. I definitely will be telling my friends and family to go see Vince R. whenever they need anything for their vehicle.
