  Alex and his team were wonderful, they checked my lights, greased the fittings and changed my battery under 20 minutes. Alex also gave me and my daughter Popsicles with electrolytes, was very satisfied with my service.

  Amazing staff! Everyone is so nice, helped me understand the different services perfectly and what is best for my vehicle. Answered all my questions as well. Definitely a good place to get informed!!

  Donald helped me out with an oil change and spring check-up today, and he was very professional & friendly throughout my service, making sure I felt informed every step of the way. I always leave the Kzoo shop feeling like I've known the crew for years, after only 20 minutes. Keep up the great work, guys!

  If I could rate it 0 stars, I would. They knowingly sent me on my way without filling my coolant and they failed to mention that I was so beyond low. I didn’t know how low I was until 2 days after my oil change and my engine started to overheat. They also didn’t fill my oil all the way to where it should have been. I am so highly disappointed in this valvoline. On top of that I was waiting 1.5 hours being the NEXT car up. So disappointing and so not professional with what they are doing. SMH
