  We had a very frustrating experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Truck this morning. We reserved a truck the evening before for a time-sensitive trip, then drove 45 minutes to pick it up, only to be told when we arrived that the vehicle was not available. What’s most frustrating is that nowhere in the booking process is it clearly communicated that a “reservation” does not actually guarantee the vehicle. If that’s the case, it should be made very clear upfront so customers can plan accordingly. This resulted in wasted time, unnecessary travel, and disruption to our plans. A reservation should mean something. If you’re relying on a rental for anything important, I would strongly recommend confirming multiple times or considering another option.

  Look, spring break. We needed a van. I called multiple places, made 7 reservations with places.. Everyone called saying they were over booked..I called South cedar, Will and he got it done!! Great guy. He was slammed busy, juggling calls and customers ... but he made it quick, had us on the road in like 17 minutes. South cedar, ask for Will. Enterprise, he's a real asset to your company. Please make sure he's rewarded.

  My husband made a reservation for a truck. We get there after driving an hr and the price changed. So we couldn't get the truck. And the price changed by alot! It went from the 300 deposit to 975! And really I think this all happened because of some petty BS! Will never give them my business! Let me know if you want to know what the petty BS was! And I sure will!
