  The people at the 2311 E. Michigan Avenue branch in Lansing are professional and efficient. They made our rental experience so easy! I highly recommend that branch. Those folks are top-notch!!

  I loved the personal attention that the staff gave. Also, Enterprise makes it so simple to rent. From pickup at the auto body shop right to leaving the rental at said body shop, this was a very no-stress transaction. Lastly, I did not realize that I would consider the Hyundai Kona as a possible replacement vehicle during my rental period. The car handles quite well . TY

  Reese and Ish were awesome. Very quick and painless experience and they offer awesome deals to CostCo members. Did a cross country trek with the rental and will be using them from now on. Would recommend! Thank you guys.

  This is my 2nd time needing a rental with Enterprise through insurance because of an accident. Very friendly staff and helpful. I will say corporate needs to get the E. Michigan Ave. location some more real estate space for parking. That place is tight and packed. It's an adventure getting in and out with a vehicle. Testing driving/ Maneuver skills for sure. :)
