  My car got totaled my car on a Thursday 4/23 and i had car rental on my insurance. I was on the phone with my claims adjuster as he sent it over to Enterprise and they called me not even a minute after he sent it. They originally didn't have a car for pick up until Friday 4/24 but then called me back and said they had one come in. I worked with Chrissy, Shawn, Katy on the phone and another wonderful women helped me finalize everything for my rental but don't remember her name. They were amazing and i will definitely use them again for other rental needs.

  We had to get a car cause my vehicle was totaled, my wife started the claim so they wouldn't talk to me period very stupid, they didn't have a $30 car that my insurance paid but we're nice enough to give us a $40 car for $31 so was told $1 a day out of pocket didn't mention tax on that so it was $4 not terrible but still a surprise when things weren't explained, alot of new untrained staff not a very pleasant experience unfortunately

  Chrissy was excellent. Website was easy to navigate. I used to travel throughout North America on business and rent cars frequently before retirement. I will definitely rent from Enterprise for future needs.

  Positive experience from start to finish! The car itself was clean and reliable but what stood out the most was the customer service. James took the time to go out to the lot on a cold, snowy morning to orient me to all of the vehicle's features. I have rented many vehicles and never received this kind of customer service. Would definitely recommend!

  Reservations are meant to secure something ahead of time, yet now two families are at risk of losing their vacation because of your terrible system. You accepted our reservation and even provided a confirmation number—only for us to be told, “Sorry, we have no vehicle available for you.” As valued customers, we expected better service. There were no suggestions, no alternatives, and no help finding a vehicle at another location or even in another city. You have definitely lost us as customers.
