    Lucas was amazing and informative! Such great customer service & you can tell he genuinely cares about his job. Abigail and Viny are super quick, efficient, you can tell they have great communication and we were in and out so fast! Thank you to these 3 that made this experience great!

    Kayne was cussing and complaining about how many cars pulling up and acting like he didn't want to be there. And they were really slow. One of the other guys was just hanging out in the office and leaving poor Abby to a whole truck by herself. My husband had worked for about 10 years and he ran this location for the longest time and none of the people that worked with him acted like this. We were very disappointed and he was in disbelief how it was being run and the way the employees acted.

    Abby at the Valvoline off of N East St. was very rude to me and the next customer after me. Even cursed the other with an F-word towards the customer when they decided to take there business elsewhere. Abby was standing right at my door window when it was said. Abby then proceeded to berate the fellow employees for messing up steps. This is completely unprofessional and a terrible experience. The worst oil change i have ever gotten.
