  All of the guys who worked on it were friendly, efficient and helpful! Lucas replaced my interior air filter which a mouse had been in and it was a nasty job, so thankful for his help. All the guys said "have a great day" when I pulled out. Superior workers!

  Technicians and assistant manager Abby were clear in what they were doing and what was needed. The next day I noticed a piece of plastic hanging from under my car and couldn't reach it to see what it was. Came back to Valvoline and manager Jordan went under the car and fixed the hanging piece. Great service!

  This was happened on 01/26/2026 , I went to the store for an oil change.My battery was very good in condition and they tested the battery and said that the battery was in poor condition, i said i don’t need any replacement for now. All the sudden my battery stopped working , the people at store claiming that the because of the poor weather condition the battery was dead , but I’m sure that my battery was good. The same situation happened to my friend at the valvoline. Think before going to the valvoline.

  Just went there first time today. Great service and staff. Lady who greeted me was friendly and informative of what needed to be changed or what was coming due. Impressed with level of service, how seamless everything was, and more importantly the quality of work performed. Better than where I normally go. Kudos to the team here. I will be returning.

  At first I was very happy with the Valvoline experience. The people were great. I checked my receipt where I found that my fluids had all been checked, including my brake fluid (Checked-OK). As I drove into my slightly inclined driveway, my "Low brake oil" light came on! I poured my own brake fluid into the reservoir, then drove back to Vavoline where I was told they don't bother to check brake oil because they're not allowed to service it. When I pointed to the receipt, I was told, sorry, but that's just included on every receipt even though they don't check it! REALLY? I believed I was in good hands at Vavoline, but now I know that's not true. As a 75-yr old woman, that's a hard lesson to learn. Needless to say, I will NOT be recommending your company in the future, and I'm considering writing a blog to warn others of this unsafe situation. Shame on your company for not checking the level of such a vital fluid. The least you could've done was WARN me that it was low so I could stop someplace to have it serviced correctly. Instead, your receipt said it was Checked - OK! I could easily have had an accident on the way home, in which case you would've been facing a lawsuit instead of this angry note. Again, SHAME ON YOU!
