- PDPhil DamicoFeb 7, 20265.0Went to the Kalamazoo Cedar one last night took family member there. There was a big kerfuffle over a battery with a warranty and it not being replaced. Appears to be communication issues between the stores and their phone center and certain discrepancy how some employees handle it. However Jordan and Izzy went out of their way to bring and swap the covered new battery. They were very helpful and very appreciated. Excellent employees who went above and beyond today. Thank you. Well done good Sirs. Well done.
