They topped me off on oil replaced my oil filter and diagnosed the vehicle all for free as a courtesy. Their customer service level is extraordinary. Very much appreciated. I was helped by Bethany and Logan, both in which went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend anybody local or anybody visiting to use their service.

Went in knowing I wanted to get full synthetic, the car has over 260k miles on it….obviously planning to just drive the thing into the ground. Before any service actually starts I was asked if I wanted to have the cabin air filter looked at, I declined. Updated information in the system. I was informed the CSA/manager-on-duty (Doug) would be finishing the process of talking about any services that would be suggested. They pulled out my cabin air filter, even though I declined originally. And of course it has a rip in the seal (and there is no telling if it was like that before they pulled it out or if it happened when they took it out). Again, I declined replacing…and rather than placing it gently on the car for reinstall, Doug tosses it on my windshield and says “well, I won’t bother you with any of these other things…” and walks away as the rest of the service under the car is being taken care of. Everyone else that interacted with at this location was polite and professional. But Doug…rude. They had also asked about desired tire pressure, and didn’t even do anything with the tires/didn’t put more air in, despite that fact that WITH a $25 off coupon, I still spent almost $80 just for an oil change. But they still wanted to try and upsell me on a cabin air filter and tire rotation? I think I’ll take my money elsewhere next time…same with my husband’s car.
