- LBLucina Brown4 days ago2.0The first time I was very aggressively being upselled despite repeatedly saying I wasn't interested in anything but an oil change - this of course meant additional condescending attitudes from the service provider. The second time I was left idle for about 25 minutes in the garage before they gave me an ETA of 5-10 minutes for the car in front of me. After 10 minutes, they told me they could no longer provide an ETA. I'm overall pretty disappointed. The second visit everybody seemed nice, but they should have given me a better notice early on that I would have been in queue longer. I only came back because I had a coupon. I usually have better service at the Valvoline on Waverly which is five minutes out.

They reimburse us for the money it cost to have it get inspected at another shop. They ended up ordering a cover plate and putting it on, they did not charge us anything but paid us $36 for what we paid the shop to find out what was wrong. God bless these people. They were amazing. We called and they took care of everything. God bless you in Jesus name.

This past time going in, I felt like all I got were condescending remarks while going over recommended services. Even down to when I showed a coupon. I just didn’t feel like I was treated the best. Then I took my car to clean it out and noticed two of my tire stem caps were missing. I just had to put air in my tires maybe 2 days before my oil change and all were there. I know it’s a small thing, but I’m pretty certain those were never put back on during my oil change.
