    As a Valvoline customer for several years, I was surprised and disappointed by my recent experience. I came in for a routine oil change and left with a dead battery. After a battery test was performed and a replacement was recommended, my car had difficulty starting. The following day, the battery failed completely, which is especially concerning given that there were no prior issues. I am also concerned by the noticeable increase in service prices. I hope this feedback helps your team address its practices, as the quality of service seems to have declined.

    I've been with Valvoline ever since I had all my cars pretty much. (For my oil changes. )This one is the best! Very well organized, customer service spectacular, very efficient, and does their job to the "T" I love coming here and I'm glad this is my new Valvoline.
