I had to wait for all the monthly members to drive through first , as 5 cars sat in the cashiers lane trying to pay, I watched 12 cars go through automatically. That is frustrating, I understand they pay monthly for plans but at the same time we are paying customers too ,however I will not use the car wash agian due to the long wait and thier was soap still on my back window and the dryers don't dry the car very well. The lights are bright and the soap smelled good while in the wash.
