  Beware of hours of operation, I booked on the national app and it said they close at 1am. My flight landed at 11:45 by the time I got to the counter at 11:55 I saw a sign saying they closed at 12:00. So not only was operating hours wrong on their app but whoever was at the counter left early. Leaving me stranded at the airport in the middle of the night, forcing me to pay $124 for a Uber to my hotel. Also a note my reservation was booked 4 days before the day so it wasn't last min, there was plenty of time for someone to notice this issue and contact me.

  Brandi and Gus have been amazing at serving convenience. I’ve been renting at this location for 4 months now and I greatly appreciate the easy process of renewing and addressing anything I need! The service is always prompt. The entire staff have been excellent.

  One person here was unhelpful to the point of offering to cancel my reservation, and seemed happy to do it. I had a friend rent the same day and problems with him. His coworker was great to work with, and the rental went great. When I found out that we forgot something in the car, I had the opportunity to work with two more employees, who were also great. I'll rent here again, but I'll careful who I deal with. If you get a grumpy guy or bad attitude, just try to work with someone else.
