- ACAvg CitizenFeb 13, 20262.0Still in the dream that it still might return to be as good as soapy joes ;)....it will never be ;) I've used them for years and the preswash is on the drivers side lasting a few seconds at best... the passenger side rarely gets done as the second staff person is usually out at the pay booths. Tailgate and running boards are never clean upon exit. I recently purchased a new truck and opted to use the hand wash bays...only to find out that the pressure is so low it can't remove much of anything so I quit half way through. Sadly I'll be traveling into lansing or portland until it warms up and we can wash at home again.

It's still a decent wash but makes the likelihood of salt/mud being removed in the alloted time, unlikely even close. I've not used their other services, wash is solid if your vehicle is halfway clean already. Staff is typically very nice. One guy is extremely lazy, you'll have that...

They are there to help get CRAP off cars and I'm sure they encounter crappy people also and the crazy weather as well. Sure it's their job!! But it would be NICE to TIP a little something. I DO!!
