I mean I got there at 10 am for my appointment to have 2 tires replaced on the rear of my truck and the truck was pulled into the shop 5 minutes later. The tires were replaced and they pulled the truck out by the front door by as soon 1030-1035 at the latest, not to mention it being on a busy saturday just before snow is about to start flying. I have spent 4 to 8 hours going into any other tire place ive been to with or without an appointment. The prices were affordable as well. There was no obnoxious upselling going on or any other garbage that typically happens at the other big name places. I would recommend these guys way before discount or belle. I actually posted this to the wrong location initially, I for whatever reason Google had me reviewing the mcminnville location when I had actually been to the Lansing one, but ive got it straightened out now. Yikes
