  I had a very unpleasant experience with them. I took my car to them because my insurance suggest me to take it to them. I got thr text massage that they are on the schedule fixing my car. I called them on the schedule date they said I can pick up my car. When I told to them (remind you they don't call, you have to call always) what time I can come pick up the car. They said it on the cleaning right now. They will call me when it is done. They didn't call me, I call them and come to find out they haven't even touch my car. They said it will be done by next day. I call them the next they they said the parts comes damage. It had been 20 days and 2 days past the pick up date and they are saying the parts come damaged and had to reorder it. They again give me the pick up date. On that day I dint call them hoping to get the call from them for pick up. I never got call from them. They next day when I call them ther representatives who pick up my call told me the parts are delay again. They are one of the worst collisions repair in Lansing. They said they have 500 locations Nationalwide but with the service of negative 500. They are rude, unprofessional individuals. They look customer as money machine only. They don't respect you or their own promises to fixed on time. I would suggest you to avoid them for your repair. I would not wish but if you ever got into accident and insurance suggest you to take your care to this collision repair. Tell them to find the next one. I will never come back and suggest you all and to my close friends not to go here

  I went to the shop as a walk in, the estimator had an appointment already but took me immediately after. She was very helpful and was able to point me in the right direction. Will recommend to others !

  Went to get estimate on repair job, lady said I needed appointment for an estimate and wasn’t very nice about it!!
