    I was renting a sprinter van to celebrate my 40th birthday and a competitor failed to have the vehicle ready for pickup. Brandi really stepped up and her kindness saved my birthday spa trip with friends. We rented a Mercedes Benz Sprinter and I will now exclusively book with them due to her kindness and ability to go above and beyond to make my day special. I look forward to renting a corvette from them in the spring and enjoyed feeling like a customer rather than a number on someone's sale+ fleet inventory.

    The car was not washed. It was a black car so it was more noticeable that it was dirty on the outside. And the inside of the windshield was dirty as well. When I Rented it I had requested an Expedition, there was this was the wagoneer , and it was noisy and a rough ride
