After I made an online reservation, I stopped by just to check that I was getting the vehicle class I wanted. The man behind the counter was so professional and helped answer all my question. Heather K was there the day I picked up my 2024 Jeep Grand Wagoneer. Heather went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the rental and insisted on having the detailer touch up a little on the interior. True customer service is how a complaint is handled. We had some electrical glitches during the 4 weeks we had the truck. Heather helped over the phone and offered solutions. She showed concern and wanted me to be completely happy with my rental! We I returned the truck, I had to speak with the branch manager Will. He could not have been nicer or more professional. I really felt like a valued customer and my satisfaction was his only goal. I have always been an Enterprise customer and because of this team’s caring so much about me, I will continue to be! Thank you Heather and Will.
