I came back to rent another car again today for the same deal said I can’t do that same deal for you. It was a “” courtesy deal last time I was never explained that this was a courtesy deal. They tried telling me that they don’t have an after hours drop off However, there is a picture and a key dropbox on the side of the building. I am severely disappointed and saddened that I am getting racially profiled in 2025. I thought this was a thing in our past not in our present or in our future. I don’t understand why enterprise allows such activity in their branches when we are supposed to be bringing one another up instead of putting one another down I am blown away and how I was just treated. I understand now why this lot location is absolutely full of cars and not a single one is rented out.
