- ARAdrian Ray3 days ago1.0I first want to state that this review is not for the work that they did on my husband's car, but the service that I received as the person picking up my husband's car. I want to start with the young man with the dreads that seemed like he had an attitude because my husband did not want to honor his recommendation. After my husband told him no, it seemed like me and my husband were invisible. My husband told him that he wanted to pay in advance. We stood there in his face for about another 3 minutes before I said can he go ahead and pay now. My other problem was with the tall, heavy set man with the beard. When the mechanic was done, I watched him bring my husband's car to the door of the building and bring the key in. Now remember, my husband had already paid and the heavy set man knew it. The heavy set man stood there and watched him put the key in the box on the wall. He knew that I was there to retrieve my husband's car and did not say a single word to me. I sat there for about 5 mins before I got up. Ian had come to the front and I pointed to my husband's car and said "my husband's car is ready." He turned, look and saw the file that had my husband's key. I then said that I was glad that I got up and said something or else I could have still been sitting there. Ian was the only pleasant experience that I had besides the quickness of the service. The two workers that I interacted with were very unprofessional. They may very well be the reason that we do not use this location again. While they were looking for a quick payday, they did not know that we have 3 cars and two daughter's with their own car. They just cost Belle Tire alot of business not only from one family but from others because I am going to make sure that I tell the people that I know to read the reviews and not to expected to be treated like a valuable customer.
