- JSJamie Stone2 days ago3.0Friendly customer service. Was able to make same day appointment and my car was put right into a bay for the appointment. Comfy lobby with vending machines too. Loved all that. But I spent ten years married to a mechanic so the upsell of other services wasn’t easy on me. The estimates and vagueness of quotes really got me. First quote just said front suspension $1700 rear suspension $600. That was after only having my car in the bay for maybe ten minutes. They said they would put my car on the alignment rack and shake it to see what exactly was going on and if they could do an alignment. They came with another estimate that just said something was wrong with the right rear suspension and they couldn’t do the alignment. Didn’t explain much as I already told them I had an appointment with my mechanic. They never even put it on the alignment rack. The estimate had the alignment price of $130 on it, can definitely get alignments much cheaper in the area around the $80-90 mark. Over all get a second opinion before getting work done, I suspect they probably get commissions from getting additional work done to your vehicles. High prices, vague upsells.
