Tells me battery is H6 on back shelf as if a random customer knows what that means instead of walking over with the customer and grabbing the battery. There were 2 other employees there clearly seeing me struggle to find the battery and neither bothered to come and help until I asked what H6 means, an employee ended up pointing it out to me and left. Then I said I’m going to buy it at advanced because I found it online for cheaper and they didn’t even bother to offer price match or anything. I’ll never come back here as long as you have incompetent people working here. This store needs some serious customer service training.

I swear I will never go to another parts store ever again. This morning, my car wasn’t starting. I got a jump and decided to go to Autozone to get a test on my battery. They tested it and found it was bad. Initially I decided to just get a headlight cause we would be able to get a battery through the wholesale club my partner works for, but alas, they tried to jump it with the handheld gadget, and my battery would not give in. They went even further to try a jump my car with one of the company vehicles, but again, it wouldn’t give in. I work in education, so as you can guess, we’re not rich, so I was really not looking forward to biting the bullet to buy a new battery. So thinking all my options were exhausted, I took a minute to make a few calls and figure out my options. Well, this man who had been helping me went and talked to the store manager, and she came out to my car and said she had a used battery that she thought could work for me. They could obviously tell that I was struggling with money, so they looked for options to try to help me with what I could afford and pull me out of a really tough situation. Shirley, the manager, told me she just didn’t want to leave me stranded. She was so sweet and helpful. She put the battery in my car and everything, and when my car finally started, I gave her a big hug. These people really saved me. If they see this review, I hope they know how much I truly appreciate them doing everything they could to help me. I’ve worked in retail and thankless jobs, and I know how rare it is to come across people that have the ability to care for others. They did above and beyond what was expected of them in this situation. They restored a little bit of my faith in humanity. I am so so so grateful.
