Was told I could, and said i'd be there within 10 to 15 minutes. 10 minutes later I walk into the store and ask about getting windshield wipers installed. Was told I could get windshield wipers, but couldn't get them installed here because the worker I talked to was the "only one here" despite walking past another worker as I entered, probably the female I talked to on the phone. As I said to the rude worker, I'll just go to another location or business. Not worth wasting my time here again.

At first another gentleman tried to get the casing off the blade and he couldn't and I'm grateful that he tried but then comes robyn. It took her no time at all to get it off. I had my own blade and she went and tried to put it on found out it was the wrong size so I had her look one up to purchase. That thing was so hard to put on. But this woman was diligent, she stood out here approximately 10 minutes until she got it on there. She has been very helpful and people with character like that are irreplaceable. Thank you Robin
