    Unprofessional. The girl checking us in for the car was holding a small baby which was crying and screaming. So 15-20 minutes, that it took us to check-in. We had to listen to that I was done after that. Going back this week hope it doesn't happen again.

    Front desk customer service was a pleasant experience. The Hyundai Elantra was good car but the AC was not working in the middle console which hurt the experience for me.

    Genuinely the worst experience possible. Booked a specific car for my wedding this weekend, called ahead to make sure it was there. Arrived at the desk to an extremely hostile and aggressive employee, who had her baby on the floor next to her. She rudely told me there are no such cars available and that the phone number listed does not exist. I had inputted an overseas number and clearly despite being an airport this was too difficult for her to grasp. She then accused me of not providing my email address to reach out to me- even though enterprise have emailed me the booking confirmation. Her very aggressive explanation was “enterprise have emailed you, not us” but also that “we are enterprise”. She then went on to say how they had other cars available but it is not possible to see them before renting. I’m quite baffled at how unprofessional and rude this service was, and it has really put a dampener on the wedding festivities for this week. Even some basic politeness and respect would have been sufficient, but clearly these are resources in scarce supply in this area. Also, I think that baby looked hungry.

    Completely unhelpful in helping me find a lost item. I know exactly where I left my glasses in the car and they were unreachable for multiple days after I returned it. Phone number goes to national hotline and they could not connect me with the branch employees. Finally found a direct phone number and the staff were disinterested in helping me find the item. Kept saying they’d get back to me and I never heard back. Had to continue to call them. Felt very brushed off. Guess I’m out a $400 pair of glasses
