- RTRian TerblancheApr 23, 20261.0I scheduled an appointment earlier in the week and confirmed a Thursday 8am drop-off for my truck. I showed up on time as agreed. When I followed up at 3pm the same day, I was told the vehicle hadn’t even been looked at and that they would “try” to diagnose it the next morning. This is frustrating and honestly not acceptable. If you’re booking appointments, there should be a reasonable expectation that the vehicle will at least be inspected that day. I rely on my truck for work, and taking time off to accommodate appointments that aren’t honored puts me in a tough spot. I understand shops get busy, but communication and scheduling accuracy matter. A heads-up earlier in the day would have gone a long way. At this point, I’m disappointed with the experience and the lack of follow-through on a scheduled appointment.
