  If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went for an oil change, that part was okay, they used my coupon so that was nice. BUT tried to upsell me on everything and was telling me I needed a 300-400 dollar repair on my car, and another 127 dollar repair. And to humor me he said he would give me the 127 dollar one for 122 dollars. GOODBYE. What got me is that on my receipt he didn’t even check the parts of my car he said were broken. He was just pulling these expensive problems out of thin air. I left the parking lot bawling because he also told me that my car MAYBE had a few more good months. MIND YOU, I just got this car. And you’re literally not a mechanic just because you work at Valvoline. ALSO, took my car to my mechanic. Not surprised the guy that worked here was so completely wrong. If you wanna leave here thinking your car is gonna blow up if you drive in a few more miles, then go here! Yeah maybe I’m gullible for being worried, but maybe he shouldn’t be lying. Never going here again, Lambertville Valvoline has given me PTSD.

  Hardin, Zack, and Grant were so kind and helpful, provided honest feedback about my car, and did not try to upsell me. I did not realize I showed up right at closing time but they still completed the service after a very busy day for them. Will get my oil changed here again!

  I had a bad experience at the Victory Oil Change, so I decided to come in here. Right at the beginning of service they all made me feel welcome and treated me with respect through the whole visit. Quick oil change and even put in a new battery. Answered all my questions respectfully and never once made me feel uncomfortable or ashamed of my car or the use of it. I will definitely be coming back!

  These people sheesh.. let me tell you.. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Always super friendly, they give a crap about their job and it definitely shows!! I LOVE coming here for my automotive needs. Thank you all for being AWESOME!!!! 🤘❤️🎉

  This is one of the best Valvoline instant oil changes you can go to! They are kind and go the extra mile. It feels like I’m working alongside family. 11/10 would recommend. Ignore the long line….thats not for the Valvoline. That’s for the car wash. Just nudge your way up and they will get you in and out Fast!
