It should be "not rushed or quick." The walls are nasty; have you ever heard of soap and water? On the side I was on, I couldn't see what they were doing through all the dirt on the windows. Take some pride in your building. The guy guiding me in looked like he was being held up; he didn't move his arms, so I just guessed what to do. The employees were talking about how his stepdad was abusive and hit him in the legs with a bat—not something I need to know about. I thought I would get paperwork, but I guess you don't log all cars into your computer anymore.
