They asked me 7 times if I wanted a member ship when I had already told them no several times this was in 1 visit mind you. Ill never come back to this place again HORRIBLE staff.

- CWCasey WeiserFeb 15, 20241.0I was hoping the business would take responsibility for the damage to my car, but after speaking with the assistant manager, manager, and district manager, I see that will not be happening. Therefore, I will share my experience so this doesn’t happen to you. I have been a monthly customer since they opened, taking my car there about twice a month, and I paid for their towel program. On 2/11, I washed my car and towel-dried it as I always do. After drying the back of my car, I noticed a scratch. I wiped it again and then dried the rest of the car. When I was done, I looked back to see how bad the scratch was. It was bad enough, so I brought it to the manager's attention. He had me retrieve the dirty towels from the bin to inspect them. On one of the towels, he found a melted piece of sharp plastic embedded in the towel. He had to scrape it several times to get it off the towel. After that, he reviewed the camera footage. This included my car entering the wash bay, exiting, and me walking in to grab the towels. I happened to park in front of the camera so they could watch my every move. The Manager confirmed the camera footage that my car did NOT have any scratches when it entered. The footage also confirmed that I never dropped the towel. That was another attempt at them trying to avoid taking responsibility. The company told me that even though I paid for the towel service, it was considered “to use at your own risk.” I asked if I could review this in the customer contract. None of the individuals I spoke to were able to provide this documentation. As a customer, I entrust that you are inspecting the towels you put out for customers to use. They just kept saying it's implied that you are using the towels at your own risk. Then, when the District Manager, David, called me, he said there was camera footage showing me using the towel to dry my wheel wells. Yet again, another attempt to blame me and not accept responsibility. I challenged him on this accusation as I have never done this. When I asked him to show me the footage, he admitted that he didn’t see the video, but that’s what corporate told him. Despite the camera footage and blatant evidence that the towels they provided caused the damage, they refused to take responsibility. So do yourself a favor and avoid this business, or bring your towels!

Tight turn with a big truck after the gate. Building is tiny. Just a few blowers that doesn’t really dry your vehicle at the end. No towels unless I missed something.

What can I expect?
We strive to provide the industry’s best, high-quality, and eco-friendly express wash experience available! After selecting your wash at our convenient payment kiosk, one of our experienced Crew Members will help guide you into our wash tunnel. We’ll ask you to put your car in neutral, and then simply sit back and enjoy your wash. At the end of the wash tunnel, during the drying cycle, an electronic sign will notify you when it is safe to put your car into Drive to exit the wash.
Are you a touchless car wash?
Our washes use the most state-of-the-art gentle wash material called EnviroSoft. It is a brushless (but not touchless) cleaning technology that cannot scratch or damage your car. Please feel free to ask our onsite staff any questions before you wash— we are happy to further explain our wash process!
What types of vehicles do you wash?
Our vehicle clearance is 7’2”. Our conveyor tracks support a tire width of up to 13.5 inches, and we cannot accept trucks with dual wheels or vehicles over 85 inches wide. For the safety of our customers, team members, and wash equipment, we cannot wash vehicles with bike/scooter/wheelchair/utility racks. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Do you recycle water?
We are proud to offer an environmentally friendly wash that saves 100+ gallons of water per wash vs. driveway washing. As a participating member of the WaterSavers® program, our wash process uses an on-demand timing system that profiles and measures your vehicle delivering water precisely to your vehicle's surface. Our wash water is then captured and routed into our extensive reclamation system. This system treats the water removing all solids and contaminates and redelivers to the vehicle. This system allows us to safely and effectively wash your vehicle with less than 20 gallons of fresh water.
Do you take credit cards?
Yes, for our single washes we accept cash, Clean gift cards, and all major credit and debit cards as forms of payment for our single washes. For our Unlimited Wash Club, we require a major credit or debit card.
Are your vacuums truly FREE?
Yes!
Do you offer interior or exterior detailing?
As an express wash, we do not offer interior or exterior detailing services. We invite you to visit our free vacuum lot to clean your vehicle’s interior and offer a wide range of car cleaning supplies (dash wipes, bug & tar remover cloths, microfiber drying towels, wheel cleaning sprays, and air fresheners, to name a few) all competitively priced.
What if I am not satisfied with my wash?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your wash experience and offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Please see a staff member following your wash if you are unsatisfied and we will offer a rewash immediately. If you are still unsatisfied with your rewash, we will offer a refund.
