Was called two days before my reservation and told they did not actually have any availability despite the site allowing me to reserve. I called Lake Orion and explained the situation. I was told that it would be sent up to management and that something would be found for me and that I would receive a call back. I did not receive a call back. The next day (day I needed the reservation) I called twice. I was not helped either time. Second call was with the manager. He was rude.
- MYMariah YMar 23, 20264.0Rented a car for a 4 day vacation. The vehicle was super clean and driven smoothly. The one thing I didn't like was there was a $300 deposit plus the rental of the car. There was nothing on the website that stated that. But you do receive your deposit back.
