The mirror wiper has been broken for almost 2 years. 2. The tire and wheel washer has been broken for almost 2 years. The wheels are never cleaned, the tires are never cleaned, and no tire shine is applied. 3. The under body and wheel wells are never cleaned very good. 3. The products being used may not be what you are paying for, the car is not as clean and shiny as quite literally every other decent car wash. 4. If this is your “home” Tommy’s they charge you more than if you use the other one. You know that one on Woodward that doesn’t suck. I tried giving them a try again after being gone for a year. Still sucks. Will be canceling and requesting a refund.

I saw someone in the office briefly, but all the lights are out and it doesn’t appear to be open. If your posted opening time is 7:00, please be open at 7:00—or update the hours. I had to back up and leave. Waste of my time.
