  First day of my membership, I go during normal business hours and it’s closed because of problem. So I “vacuum” and wait another 30 minutes to wash. That’s after practically throwing myself on the broken car wash to get their attention. No sign posted, no one talks to the customers pulling in and wondering what’s happening. But I needed the wash so I waited. Only to be completely disappointed because the wash is as mediocre as the “vacuums”. I hate places with free vacuums but they have little to no suction. My car comes out of the wash covered in water because it doesn’t dry your car and there is no towel drying. My wheel wells are still full of dirt, my rims have black stuff on them, my tires look faded. Which is my next point. I’ve had 2 tires repaired since starting to come here, both times after the wash. Only common denominator and too coincidental. Not sure if there’s something wrong with the car wash or it’s a result of the inattentive staff who will stay in the office while cars are coming in. The saddest part is I chose this place because on the site, it seems like they offer the most services for the price, but there is no evidence of this stuff being done to my car when I come out. It just looks like it got washed with water and harsh soap. The type that leaves water spots creating a dangerous glare on the windshield. Should’ve just stayed with Jax. Especially after reading the owners responses to people. Please do not bother responding to me if it’s a “we stand by our team” messages, because that may be the problem. You stand by your team rather than listening to your customers and demanding better from your team. They are obviously there as a formality, to have lunch in the office, to socialize,

  Damaged My Car – Refused Responsibility I took my 2025 Chevy Blazer through Tommy’s Express Car Wash. When I got home, I noticed the shark fin antenna cover was missing, so I went back to see if they had it. They were able to find the cover and told me the incident was caught on their cameras. However, instead of taking any responsibility, they claimed the cover must have already been loose and refused to cover the damage. When I inspected the part, I found that 7 out of the 8 clips were broken — this clearly didn’t just fall off on its own. This is a brand-new vehicle with no prior damage. It’s clear the antenna cover was knocked off during their wash, yet they wouldn't take accountability. Poor customer service and zero ownership. I won’t be back, and I’d strongly caution others about using Tommy’s if you care about your car. Added after reply: Of course you stand by your assessment — you took my money, damaged my car, and refuse to take responsibility for it.

  I started going to this car was because of convenience and it seam to do a good job in cleaning my car. But as time went on the bushes of the car was getting worn and they start scratching the paint on the car. I talked to the site manager, but it was like talking to a wall. He denies the scratches were from the car wash. He even told me; if the car was getting scratch why am I coming back. I told him I was reporting a problem so they can fix the problem area of the car wash. I told the site manager that I was not looking for compensation just wanted to help fix the problem. Since he was not going to fix the problem, I decided to cancel by membership. My advice to rest of the users is to check your vehicle for damages after it has been washed.

  I spent $13 for my car to still have dirt on it. For how much they charge, they should have someone to pre spray your car. The dryers didn’t work and there are water spots all over my car now. It took awhile to pay at the cashier window while 3 people were standing around inside. I will not be coming back.
