Seatbelt failed while driving. Enterprise roadside directed me to this location. Called to confirm the transfer and Justin told me not only did they not have any vehicles but then hung up on me when I asked for confirmation as to whose screw up the situation was.
UPDATE: the page linked below is how I ended up dealing with this location in the first place. Thank you, generic bot, for providing nothing beyond a link to your corporate help page. In the meantime I'll continue to try to figure out how to transport five people in a vehicle with only four functional seats belts.

I reserved a Jeep Wrangler for an up-north vacation, but on the day of pickup, I was told at the counter that the only available vehicle was a Hyundai Kona. There was no prior notification about this change, and the agent claimed that the Kona was a “similar” car to a Jeep Wrangler and even said it was more spacious — which is completely inaccurate.
Already running late for my trip, I contacted Enterprise customer support. They created a ticket and assured me that a regional manager would call back within 30 minutes to resolve the issue, but that call never came.
I eventually had to get a car from a different location — and ended up paying extra to do so. Extremely disappointing experience.
