He even threatened to charge me for the entire weekend simply because it was near closing time. The lack of professionalism continued after the rental: * Billing Issues: My invoice was not processed until January 6th (three days late). * Lack of Accountability: I had to call corporate twice a day for several days just to reach a resolution.
