Right at opening time, I witnessed two women being turned away at the door. When I stepped up as the third customer in line, I explained that I had one bad tire and needed my vehicle to drive out to Ann Arbor for a medical appointment. Instead of offering any help, I was told they couldn’t get to me for a full week. This is unacceptable. Either this location is severely understaffed or completely overwhelmed, but it is disgraceful to turn away local customers who need immediate assistance. A tire replacement is straightforward business, and refusing service to people who come in at opening time shows a lack of care for the community. Belle Tire should remember that customers rely on them for safety and mobility. Today, they failed me and others who simply needed help.
