Both staff members helped and were able to quickly replace them for me, not to mention it was freezing cold out and they were closing soon. Super friendly and helpful I’ll definitely be coming back and recommend coming here!
- TRTim RugensteinFeb 22, 20265.0So, got to sing some Praises here. Picked up a rotor caliper and some brake pads on a friday. When to do the install today, sunday, got everything torn apart, started opening things up to reinstall and found that I was given the wrong rotor. Needed a rear and I got a front. Called the store, told them the problem, talked to Seaun, one of the managers. Explained to him that I had absolutely zero way I could bring the wrong one back because my only vehicle was the one I was fixing and the old rotor and caliper were warn past the point of being dangerous. Car had to get fixed today, no exceptions because of having to be at work on Monday. Didn't have the money to order another rotor through the app and have it delivered. I was completely stuck. I worked the Pirates counter at Murray's way back after getting out of college and I understand that sometimes things get mixed up. To me what makes the difference is how it is resolved. Seaun volunteered to bring me the correct rotor himself, on his own time when he got off his shift. He drove way out of his way to make the situation right. Thanks for going literally the many extra miles. Highly recommend this store.
