  The agent who greeted me was very nice, but the agency did NOT have the car I rented, gave me a smaller car and charged me for the larger car. I won't go back to National if I can avoid it in the future.

  Stephanie Maki was so amazing and accommodating! Nothing but exceptional service from her! She was friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth experience for the car I wanted. Her professionalism was A+. I will rent from here again!
