  Had a car reserved through my insurance company for over two weeks. One hour before my pick up time, I received a phone call to inform me that maybe they'll have a car by the afternoon. I was then hung up on for expressing the smallest amount of frustration with the situation.

  Super easy & fast pickup for a car, they had it running and warmed up when we arrived. Drop off was equally easy, lady at the desk was friendly and helpful. There are very clear signs on where to return cars, and a key drop box by the doors on the left side of the airport terminal building.

  I’ve rented several cars before in the past but never due to an insurance claim. This location was very professional and helpful through the entire process. Shannon in particular was beyond helpful and will be the reason I never recommend anywhere else for car rentals. She was patient with me, very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and truly went above and beyond to help me navigate a situation I’d never been in before! Thank you Shannon!

  Best rent a car experience ever. Our gal took care of us and went above and beyond. She hooked us up with a fantastic car without a reservation. She was so sweet and sympathetic to our situation. This was top notch service. Now a customer for life!!
