  Would give 0 stars if possible. Even if you make a reservation they won’t have a car for you. Good thing we called them or we would have shown up to get our car that we RESERVED and been turned away carless. The woman on the phone told us it was “out of her hands” in regards to helping us get the car we reserved. Received one call from them asking us to confirm our reservation made a week ago. Called three times no answer and then finally they pick up and tell us no we can’t pick up the car we reserved for today. So wish us luck in getting to the airport tomorrow and do not rent from here. It’s out of their hands whether you get a rental or not apparently.

  Shannon at Chippewa Airport was wonderful to deal with, she listened and was very helpful. Unlike those at Traverse City Enterprise.

  Pickup was great. Very convenient and booked through expedia with no issue…except for the drop off. Had an after hours drop off, called several times the days before my rental was due back and nobody picked up the phone. I was not told where the drop box was or even where to park the car. I got to the airport and the entire rental car section was closed off, I was unsure about where to park the car or put the keys. My rental was due back at 11:00pm and I got there an hour early and spent a majority of that time, in the rain, trying to figure out what to do. I am a first time renter and it is my first time at this airport. There were no signs or anything and there were several other drivers who had been there for hours wondering where to park their car and put the keys. After realizing the airport was closed, I began walking around the airport and stumbled upon the drop box, parking the rental in the open parking lot. This was not an ideal experience at all and I don’t think I will be renting from there again.
