  I’ve had a car of mine sent here as well as a family member’s. They do a good job but every time they work on a car the inside comes back looking crazy. Everything unplugged and having to refigure out how we had it plugged in, lighters under the seats, our air fresheners thrown around, taking our gps down just everything not in the place it was. Then even hearting different radio stations on our radio. If you’re working on the outside of the vehicle I don’t understand why you have to disorganize the inside and let alone drop lighters. What if whatever was smoked was dropped within the vehicle without us knowing. The car was also sitting unlocked for days. Please stop this

  I really appreciate how prompt and professional each staff member was that I interacted with. From the moment I walked in after my car crash, they made me feel like I was valued as well as my car. I appreciate feeling like I matter. I also appreciate the frequent text updates where I am abreast as to where things were with my vehicle repairs. Lastly, I’m very thankful for the quality job that was not only completed but completed with an earlier turnaround time than originally planned. Jarred was awesome ! So was Destiny, whom I spoke with over the phone. Also, Michael, whom I saw and spoke with the day I picked my car up which was today. I hope they all receive a raise and/or bonus and I highly recommend this establishment! God bless you all!

  Took my van to this location for repairs on the sliding door and back left window. The repairs were completed in about two weeks, but there was very limited communication throughout the process. I called multiple times for updates and confirmed that they had the correct phone number on file. During those calls, Mike was rude and condescending. When I picked up the vehicle, several issues were present that were not there at drop-off. The remote starter no longer works, the outdoor temperature gauge is not functioning, and the check engine light is on. I was told these issues were a coincidence and they declined to address them. The interior had been partially vacuumed, and all items and trash from the van were placed in the trunk. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.
