They didn’t pick up when I called back, so I just drove and got there at 5. They tell my fiancé that they don’t have any 16’ trucks leftover when we can’t make another reservation elsewhere. Awful experience. They also charged us $100 because they were incompetent and couldn’t cancel the reservation properly. I would highly recommend avoiding this location.
