Went to go look for a maybe new to us vehicle a couple of Saturdays ago. Did not commit to buying anything. On Monday, I get a call from Tony the sales man we saw. I did NOT give him my phone number. He was obviously wanting to sell a vehicle. I told him if my husband and I were interested, we would call him back. On Wednesday he called me and I couldn’t talk. He called me again on Friday. I told him my husband and I were not be going to be buying a vehicle! I hate pushy sales people!! I the only reason I pick up phone calls with a 616 area code is in cast I am getting a call from one of my daughters schools and they need me. I did not want to talk to Tony and he should not have called me 3 times. That is very pushy and unprofessional and unacceptable!

Ryan Wesch was an amazing salesman! He went for a test drive with me and showed me the cool features of the car. He also informed me about all of the different warranties available as well as got me different quotes from multiple insurance agencies to get me the best price. He stayed till close with me so that I could take my car home that night. I really appreciated all of his hard work. 10/10 service and I highly recommend Enterprise Care Sales and Ryan!

I purchased a vehicle from Enterprise Car Sales in Kentwood, MI (Grand Rapids area), and unfortunately, the experience has been deeply disappointing. Initially, everything seemed fine, but within a week of ownership, the car began emitting heavy white smoke upon startup—an early sign of serious engine trouble.
Since then, the vehicle has been in the repair shop for over a month. It has required multiple major repairs, including replacement of the crankcase breather, all 16 valve guide seals, and now a complete cylinder head replacement. To make matters worse, the cylinder head is currently on backorder with no estimated time of arrival, leaving me without a functioning vehicle and no clear resolution in sight.
This experience has been a cautionary tale about purchasing former rental vehicles—particularly through Enterprise. It is unacceptable for a car to require such extensive repairs within just three months of ownership. Enterprise stated there was nothing they could do for me. They sold me a car that needed major repairs and don't think twice about how it could affect their customers. There is no way my car could have passed their "intensive inspections" and need major engine repairs within 3 months of ownership. Shame on you Enterprise. I'd tell the whole world not to purchase a vehicle from them if I could.
