  At first it was a good experience but when I didn't buy a car from them I received a very rude call from the sales associate. I found a better deal and was honest about my decision and his comments were very rude, disrespectful, and demeaning. I didn't give it any more energy but I would not send anyone there to buy. Before the phone call, I was planning to tell people about the opportunity to purchase through Enterprise. Missed opportunity.

  Ryan was absolutely amazing! I was in a rental car after my Lincoln’s transmission went out, and as a realtor, having a reliable vehicle is critical for my business. Ryan told me to trust him and reassured me that buying a brand-new car would be smooth and stress-free—and he was right. The entire process was incredibly easy. He never once made me feel like I was being sold to; instead, he focused on helping me solve a real problem. That level of care and professionalism made all the difference. I will absolutely go back to Ryan when I’m ready to upgrade, and I’ll be recommending him to all of my friends and clients for any car purchase. Thanks again, Ryan!
