    Ethan just saved my morning! I’m 41 and never put in my own air which is sad I understand. I walked in asking for someone to teach me and he instantly brought me around to the side and filled up all 4 tires in less than a minute. Thank you Ethan for not making me feel dumb and being so kind and helping me out this morning. I had 100 personal issues going on and it’s been a rough Monday morning but you turned it around at 8am.

    DO NOT GET BREAK SERVICE DONE HERE. I should’ve left this review earlier but with moving to Texas end of March it’s been a lot. I purchased 4 new tires, brakes, rotors, wheel alignment because I was relocating from GR to Dallas. I’ve used Belletire for most of my service work because it was right next to the crossings apartments and with not having family to pick me up when dropping my car off there it was convenient. I wish I had drove on the highway to test my vehicle but unfortunately I didn’t have time before moving. I ended up moving days later and as soon as I got on the highway I noticed my car began shaking as soon as I braked around 55mph. I mean full shake rattle and roll. I have a 2018 mazda6 that had around 60k miles at the time of service. Lucky me I’ll be paying to fix what they messed up now that I’m in Texas. If relocating cross country wasn’t so expensive I would’ve already had paid to get this fixed. There are no Belletires in Texas so I don’t have the option to take it in for servicing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I discussed this with my best friend and she also had the same issue with having her newer truck serviced at a Belletire location in Jackson MI. If you are going to get your vehicle serviced avoid Belletire at all costs or it will cost you in the end

    Told them I heard a noise and thought it was my brakes. They told me they didn't hear a noise and the brakes measured fine, but my axels were going bad and they got me a nice 3k quote. 2wks later the noise is unbearable and here I am doing my brakes myself...

    Got a flat late last night, was able to nurse my car to belle as it was pretty damaged. In the chaos of a busy morning Alex was able to help me out quickly. Alex was very thoughtful, listened to my needs like budget and such, and got me the best tire for my car. Thomas also was a gentleman I interacted with and he too was very kind during my visit there. Alex and Thomas were amazing and very helpful A++ experience
