    If you're a woman, DON'T DO IT. I have been dealing with Belle for over a year and every experience has been horrible. There are many Belle employees that treat women customers horribly and disrespectful ALL the way up the chain, Mike from customer service actually hung up the phone on me while I was attempting to solve a previous issue. I have been told that I am taking money out of all of their pockets because I wanted the rebate offer for my very expensive tires.. here's the thing, when I am fortunate enough to have my husband take care of things he is never treated poorly. Now because I have purchased two very expensive sets of tires , I am basically stuck or pay maintenance at a company. Save yourself the aggrevation and go down the road to the next tire company. Horrible service, terrible employees.

    Alex, the Assistant Manager, was extremely helpful. I had purchased some tires on sale and had applied for the offered rebate. The reply I received was that it was not on the list covered in the sale. Alex, took the time to investigate to find out what the problem was. He did not get a satisfactory answer, so he submitted the information for me and was successful. I really appreciated the time and effort he put into my problem. With employees like that, how can I not return to Belle Tire the next time I need tires.

    This store is the worst Belle Tire I have dealt with. Last week went in for oil change and tire rotation, ignored for 20 mins. Went to another business and done in an hour. Made an appointment for today because I needed my tires looked at for a possible slow leak, they tell me I don't have an appointment and they can get me in late next week. I have done business with many Belle Tire Stores over the years and this is the absolute worst. I have a warranty on my tires but now I need to pay out of pocket for another service store to fix it! I will never step foot in this store again!!

    Want to make an appointment a week out for 4 new tires? Then when you bring your car in they don't work on it until 2 hours after the scheduled appointment? Then you found the right place! And the cherry on top is the customer service. Go to another Belle Tire or costco instead.
