Working with Mark B today has been the best customer service I have received in over 20 plus years. This young man understands how to deal with an escalation.

Went to the Standale store and was told that if I had bought both wipers at the same store I could have gotten an $8 discount from a current Bosch sale. Person there told me there was nothing that could be done and I was out of luck. This is what you get when you buy local. Back to Amazon it is
