  These guys were incredible! My car blew a radiator hose right outside of my wife's job on a road near the service station when I pulled away I had smoked just rolling out of my hood didn't know why but it was pouring rain outside and freezing cold so I pulled to the nearest station which was Michael's Auto service and they not only fixed my radiator hose that it popped when a hose clamp broke but they filled me back up with radiator fluid and sent me on my way at no cost. They were incredibly friendly and helpful after spending an hour sitting in my car waiting for him to open I couldn't ask for better results. Thank you guys so much.

  I took my ailing Jeep Patriot in for a second opinion, after taking it to Firestone. Firestone quoted me something way above my budget, and after Michael's looked at it, they called me to discuss options. I gave them a budget, they called me back, and agreed to take on the most important fixes I needed, and even a problem Firestone hadn't mentioned. I agreed to them working on it, got it back the next day and whoa.. it drives so much better! Then, later that night, I got a personal text asking me how it was driving! I was taken aback by this.. seemed to me they took a personal interest in how I felt about their work, and to make sure I was happy. I highly recommend this mechanic, not just for their honesty, but also for that much needed "touch" that most businesses have seemed to have forgotten about. Thank you Michael's! You are now my go to mechanic! - (Ric)
