I had a car booked, and when I called the day of to see if I could come 15 minutes late to pick up the car they told me they wouldn't have a car AT ALL until the next day. I booked through orbit, which has always been just fine, and I booked with plenty of notice, but still they didn't call me to tell me they didn't have a car for me! Very inconvenient and now I still need to find a car.

Our situation was stressful, my husband’s car broke down on a Friday right before our trip to Tennessee, and we suddenly needed an SUV. Unfortunately, inventory was extremely limited due to recalls and extended rentals, and we were told options were slim. When we explained that a Jeep Compass wouldn’t realistically fit three people, two dogs, a cooler, and all our bags, Paige truly went above and beyond. She didn’t settle, she problem-solved. We watched her juggle multiple customers in similar situations, all while staying calm, kind, and incredibly professional. Paige was constantly making calls to nearby locations and working with her manager to try and find a better solution for us. While we waited, she kept us updated every step of the way and never made us feel like an inconvenience. Her effort, communication, and genuine care completely turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. Enterprise is lucky to have her—Paige is exactly the kind of employee who makes customers want to come back.
