    Enterprise in Kalamazoo, MI sent a person to pick me up where I dropped off my car for bodywork. The gentleman who picked me up was friendly, professional, and helpful. The car I rented was clean and new (2025). The rates were competitive and all transactions were completed in a timely manner. Most importantly, Enterprise's national competitor in Kalamazoo does not have enough staff to even answer their phones, so even though Enterprise is more available to customers, they still provide very high-quality service. I strongly recommend this business.

    Gave me a broken truck, didn’t care in the slightest. Cost us well over 1,000$ and was told we would be given a discount. Discount has never been applied. And we haven’t been contacted since. This was a week ago and charges have been posted.

    Customer service was horrible from branch manager Kat. I was renting because of a insurance claim for an accident that occurred on January 28th. My insurance covered $40 per day of the $48 per day rental I was willing to pay the extra I had to provide my credit card with a $50 deposit my insurance only covered 30 days of rental and my car was estimated to be with the body shop for about 5 days beyond the 30-day coverage so I would have to pay the remainder. I kept getting repeated calls from Kat for her employees requesting to charge more money every few days for the rental. This is completely unprofessional treatment I have never had to pay for a rental up front and to be constantly called asking to charge more money to my card throughout the length of my rental that was being 98% covered by my insurance was ridiculous and completely unprofessional I will never rent from Enterprise Rent-A-Car if I have a choice again. In addition when I turned into vehicle I contact the rental and they said that with an insurance claim it does not matter time of day when you return the rental one day is one day regardless of the time returned so I informed them that I was dropping the vehicle off at the repair body shop per their approval and they would retrieve the vehicle at their convenience I dropped the vehicle off on Wednesday March 4th. Making it the 5th day I had the rental beyond the 30 days of insurance coverage. I contacted Enterprise and told them I was dropping the vehicle off at the body shop so I can retrieve my vehicle and drive home. Without authorization or contacting me cat charged my credit card an additional $547 doubling what I had already paid on the phone with Cam from the same Enterprise office. Kat did not email me an invoice at the end of the rental per her agreement and would not answer my phone calls when I called to question the extra charge and missing invoice. Finally the next week I called back and asked about the invoice I said must have got lost in the email and she would send it again. I received the invoice and reviewed it and noticed I was charged for six extra days instead of five when I clearly returned the vehicle on the 5th day even though it was at the body shop which they agreed I could do without penalty. I used to exclusively rent from Enterprise but I will never be using Enterprise again and this interaction with Enterprise confirms that decision and cemented it in stone.
