Every visit, they’ve blown me away 1st by their professionalism, their knowledge, their patience AND their consistency, and commitment to serving with EXCELLENCE! My very last visit, I arrived in a different vehicle. However, they remembered me from my first visit in the other vehicle which left me quite impressed. I’ve always thought it’s important to get to know people by their names. It’s a blessing to see at Uncle Ed’s on Drake Rd. they take pride in their work ethic, and their customers aren’t numbers, but people who trust them because of the integrity they have and consistently show. Yes, I’m honored to tell others about this business. These young men are truly a blessing, and seriously gifted with what they do and how they serve their customers. I’ve been to several other auto shops around town. There are several other establishments that NEED to take notes on customer service, based on authentic customer satisfaction from this highly detailed group of young men at this location.🫶🤓
