I'd like to give a big shout out to both Trevor and Derek for this experience. This was the very first time I've ever felt completely comfortable going out alone for vehicle maintenance of any kind. These young men were very respectful and respectable, kind, courteous, honest, and a notable great hard-working team! It truly is a rarity these days, to have an all around pleasant experience! How great that these young employees were all of those great things! I was impressed that they were so knowledgeable and had such impeccable customer service and communication skills. It was clear they both know all the details of their job and can really run a shop! I appreciated that they were so informative, friendly, honest, upfront and professional. They did not try in any way to sell me something that was not necessary during this inspection and maintenance visit. It was very nice not being put under pressure. I strongly recommend this location because of them. I especially appreciated all the patience and kindness when explaining things to me allowing me to understand the total breakdown of cost for services upon inspection before maintenance. I am a very happy future customer. THANK YOU!!😁
