I at the time of service. Nate pulled up my bill, it was correct, I paid, I was emailed a receipt with an authorization for the correct amount but was overcharged on my CC statement. If I didn't check my CC there would be no way to catch this. When I called they said they would reverse the charge (time will tell if there is any issues there) but no explanation as to how I was given a receipt that did not match my credit card statement.

Come 5 o’clock on November 1st. We called the help line and apparently the Kalamazoo office didn’t answer us nor the helpline to wonder what was going on. They charged my card without doing any work. The helpline told me that they didn’t even put me in the route. Busch league at best. Go somewhere else for the premium price they charge.
