  I had my tires installed at a Monro store 10 months ago. I have a flat today and took it to Monro and was told the tire cannot be fixed. I have an Allstate road hazard policy on my tires and said they will cover the cost of a replacement tire if you simply write me a quote for the cost that I can send to Allstate. The man refused to do so and told me to buy a new tire through him. It was simply a quote that I needed and Allstate would have paid them in full for the tire. They have lost my business. Very rude. Very unkind. Update: Discount tire was able to fix the flat with a great explanation as to what is repairable and what is not.

  Got an appointment for the same day I called. The employees were professional. They diagnosed my problem and had me back on the road in an hour. I will definitely go back and I’ll tell others what good service they have.

  I was treated very unprofessional and they broke my hood latch and left the dip stick on top of my engine which I found when I got home...and one of the men there offered to weld my exhaust pipe together for 40 bucks and I agreed and the manager went out and told him not to do it...I would have to purchase a whole new muffler system...so I will not come back to this location.

  Called for an appointment and they said I could come in right away! Then the mechanic only took 40 minutes to put my winter tires on.
