- JMJohn McLemore6 days ago1.0I was treated very unprofessional and they broke my hood latch and left the dip stick on top of my engine which I found when I got home...and one of the men there offered to weld my exhaust pipe together for 40 bucks and I agreed and the manager went out and told him not to do it...I would have to purchase a whole new muffler system...so I will not come back to this location.

Thank you guysđź‘Ź my only issue was the waiting room was limited in space and kind of cold. Will still be going there again when needed.

- EAErik AspinwallSep 22, 20251.0Do not take you vehicle here!! The Tech was very unprofessional and was cussing over installing my tires. He was very hot headed. All 4 tires were balanced wrong putting weights on one tire that was over 20% of the inside rim. My truck almost fell off of the hoist because they didn't adjust the arms of the hoist correctly, there solution was to use long floor jacks on the bumper to stop it from going backwards. Once the tech was done he started backing my truck up then slammed it into drive while it was going backwards. When I told the guy behind the counter he went out to talk to the tech. The tech got mad again and took off on his motorcycle. The truck still was not done. The person behind the counter had to program the TPMS sensors. total time to replace 4 tires over 2 hours! and they did not have any other customers or orders.
