  We have been working with Brent for a few weeks now, on our Caravan, that had been accidentally rear-ended in this weather. He has been amazing in keeping us updated on the process, and if there was delays. Customer Servive from this establishment is 5 star +. This is the 2nd time our poor Van has had to have this work done. Done both times here. Needless to say very satisfied, and I humbly believe Brent needs a raise. Thank you for taking such good care of "Bessie Blue"

  This experience (other than being without my vehicle) was absolutely phenomenal. The staff at the Stadium Rd. location are knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly. Text alerts are provided along every step of the way (not intrusive), and the dropoff and pickup was seamless. Kudos to that team - great people!

  I’ve had Gerber complete repairs on my cars twice over the last few years and have had nothing but great experiences! Every step of the process has been met with excellent customer service while scheduling the appointments, thorough explanations while going over the estimate and repair process and a finished product that doesn’t appear as though any damage had ever occurred. On this visit, my expectations were exceeded when I picked my car up after the repair to find it beautifully cleaned! My car hasn’t been so clean in years! I will continue to recommend Gerber, but especially the East Michigan location to anyone needing body repairs.

  Beyond friendly. Great communication. Fixed/replace my driver side doors. Can’t even tell it ever had an issue. Car hasn’t been this clean since it came off the line
