Every step of the process has been met with excellent customer service while scheduling the appointments, thorough explanations while going over the estimate and repair process and a finished product that doesn’t appear as though any damage had ever occurred. On this visit, my expectations were exceeded when I picked my car up after the repair to find it beautifully cleaned! My car hasn’t been so clean in years! I will continue to recommend Gerber, but especially the East Michigan location to anyone needing body repairs.
