I dealt with Kat the manager who came highly recommended. I needed a rental due to an auto accident and Kat and her team helped me through the whole process. I never rented before so I was clueless. I don’t know how many times I called with so many questions and every time I called they were so courteous and patient with me. They arranged a pick up ride for me from work and the driver was so nice and we had great conversation during the ride . Keep in mind this was the day after the first snow fall so there was a lot going on and they handled it all so well. These days great customer service is very seldom and it was just so nice to be reassured all my needs were going to be handled in a timely manner. I will definitely recommend Enterprise and Kat and her team at the Cork st Kalamazoo Mi location. Thank you again for all your help!
